I create images that are motivated by the energy of dreams and the unconscious, also gaining inspiration from the atmosphere of sacred sites, forests and ancient buildings.

The stories of world mythologies and fairy tales also influence my work, as does the imagery of Paganism, Tarot and early Christian iconography.

I am intrigued by the ideas of the psychologist Jung and the work of many artists including Hieronymus Bosch , Mark Ryden, Odilin Redon, Aubrey Beardsley, Edmund Dulac and Vali Myers.
